Find My Car is a simple application that uses GPS location services to help you find your car. You will never forget where you parked!

NEW : The Augmented Reality feature is now available. You can now search your car using Augmented Reality technology.

How to use :

1. Open Find My Car application and save your car position on the map. You can also take a picture and associate a short description to help fully document the parking spot.

2. To find your car again, open the application and locate your last car position on the map (different zoom levels available). The distance to your car is displayed in real time as you walk down the street! You can also see the best walking direction from your current position to your parked car.

IMPORTANT : This application requires an active Internet connection to retrieve data. You also need to turn on "Location Services" option in the settings of your iPhone.

I liked the app and I thought that buying augmented reality for it would get rid of the advertising..... It didnt.........now I dont like it so much!

While biking on a trail, my friend couldnt go any further because of dehydration. I established our location by Set my Car location. Pedaled my bike back to the car(12 miles). Used Find My Car to find where I left my friend on the trail. Drove to the location,EXACTLY. Got him home safely.

I saved my cars location, walked 1/2 mile out. I then walked back to the cars indicated location, the accuracy was very high. If I couldnt see my car, I would have had to be blind. The saved location and the return, I encounterd about 3 ft of difference.

I have always used this app to find my parked car and it had worked well. However I went boating and used this app to also find my boat dock. I labeled the dock as set my car location and traveled several miles away. Then used Find My Car to find my way back to the dock.

Im alive thanks to this app. Powerful ninja warriors attempted to separate me from my car. I tried to fight them off, but their ninja skills were too great. This app led me to my car despite ninja interference. Thanks findmycar!

Does exactly what it claims. You do have to allow for about 10-15 meters of inaccuracy, but given how far away the GPS satellites are, itll get you close enough that you should be able to use the notes, optional photo and the car alarm to get you the rest of the way there.

Some bad moments

Good tool except what happens if you dont have Internet, then your screwed

Ripp-Off. Stay away. Besides the rip-off add-on, the paid version of this app works ok for finding your car parked on the street but it does not work to find your car in a parking lot-at least not for me. Also, it is easy to erase the data. Once, I erased it by accident and imagine how would you feel after trusting the app? Time to find something better.

I tried this out for the first time today. Before it fully opened there were ads. Waiting through ad after ad to get to where I could save my cars position, I finally gave up and deleted it from my iPhone. It might be a good app but who wants to wade through a barrage of ads to find out?

Im not sure what Im missing but I couldnt make this work. Read the tutorial hit the Car Finder button to save location but I dont think it did. There was no confirmation that i had save location. No map or guidance later to Find My Car in mall parking lot. USELESS! I will try another App!

I have tried to use this app several times. All it does is get me lost!! This time i was standing at my car and it was telling me i was still a mile away!!

The only thing it gave me was a huge parking lot and a large picture of a car on top of it. It hardly showed the location of the car. Im guessing that is what you get when you get the free version, which is of no use....so why even bother.
